Brussels, 11 May 2022: Classifieds Marketplaces Europe (CME) welcomes the Portuguese platform CustoJusto as a new associate member.
CustoJusto.pt is an online classifieds website where buyers and sellers can safely trade second hand goods, thus contributing to local, circular economies, and ultimately a more sustainable planet.
CustoJusto.pt currently features well over 1 million ads for a wide variety of items, such as cars, homes, and all kinds of consumer goods.
Carolin Wehrhahn, chair of CME and director of EU public affairs at Adevinta says: “We are pleased to welcome CustoJusto in our coalition. Along with our other coalition members – OLX Group, Schibsted and Adevinta – they will support communications with stakeholders in Brussels and beyond, and seek to ensure that EU legislation takes into consideration the many benefits our industry brings to Europe.”
